Rydoo is another expense management software that covers everything from claims to reimbursement. It lets you set policies with spending limits and create warnings when an expense doesn’t match the policy. It also comes with analytics capabilities to show where your business might be overspending.

Mileage tracking requires the employee to plan their trip using the built-in Rydoo map service. Then, after adding predefined mileage rates, the app will immediately calculate the total driving distance and expenses.

The Essentials plan is $10 per user per month when billed annually or $12 per user per month when billed monthly. This includes unlimited spending, automatic mileage expense calculation based on your personalized mileage rates, and integrations with Uber, Lyft, and Slack.

For $12 per user per month (billed annually), the Pro plan lets you set daily and per diem allowances as well as access to accounting integration with QuickBooks, Zero, and Exact Online. There’s also an Enterprise plan with pricing based on your needs, which includes API access and premium support.

All plans have a minimum of ten users, so it’s probably not the best option for very small businesses or entrepreneurs.

Who should use it:

While any small business can use Rydoo, it’s best for professional services or technology, construction, and manufacturing companies with more than ten mobile employees.
