Hyderabad: Minister of Information Technology and Industries of Telangana, KT Ramarao has inaugurated the Instashield Virus Killer device invented by Mandaji Narsimhacharia, a rural scientist from Navipeta, Nizamabad district, at his residence in Hyderabad.

“The device would benefit everyone,” he said, praising the concept. “The government would help create an industry for the production of the device.”
